Junior Surf Comp

The winter programme of events got underway in November ’25 and our Junior Surf competition welcomed a great group of under 14’s,12’s and 10’s to battle it out in 2-3 foot surf at Sedgewell. The vibes were all about the fun; the sun was matched by the Juniors’ smiles and energy and with a good support crowd all enjoying the late autumn sunshine. We wanted this comp to be as inclusive as possible and so had a ‘helper heat’ designed to capture juniors that may lack confidence or ability to catch waves on their own. Many thanks to everyone who helped, our sponsors, Volcom, Simpel, Froth coffee and Vivobarefoot and to Flatspot who kindly donated the very impressive Snow Peak event shelter. Winners were; U14 boys, Tommy Hamilton, U14 girls, Kira Connolly, U12 boys, Bill Tucket U10 Assited, Marley Woods but massive well done to all our participants!
